November 07, 2025

Oxford Kingdom International School has announced the successful completion of a Teacher Capacity Development Workshop conducted in partnership with Ronaal Educational Consult during the month of October 2025. The programme formed part of the school’s continuous commitment to enhancing teaching quality and fostering professional excellence among its staff.

The four-day workshop took place on 4th, 11th, 18th, and 22nd October 2025 at the school’s Community 25 campus. It was facilitated by a team from Ronaal Educational Consult, led by Ms. Roberta Laryea, with support from Mr. Alfred Kwame Adenyen and Mr. Augustine Appau.

Participants included the Head of School and ten (10) selected teachers representing various levels and subject areas. The sessions focused on strengthening instructional skills, reflective practices, and classroom engagement strategies.

The main objectives of the workshop were to:

  • Enhance teachers’ instructional delivery and classroom management.

  • Promote reflective and adaptive teaching practices.

  • Improve alignment between curriculum, pedagogy, and student engagement.

  • Identify key growth areas to support continuous school improvement.

Through interactive discussions, group activities, and practical exercises, teachers gained valuable insights into effective teaching methodologies and professional self-assessment. The final monitoring visit, held on 22nd October, provided an opportunity to observe classroom implementation and offer targeted feedback to participants.

Ronaal Educational Consult commended the teachers for their enthusiasm and commitment to professional growth, while emphasizing the importance of ongoing mentorship to sustain effective classroom practices.

Oxford Kingdom International School expresses its appreciation to Ronaal Educational Consult for their expertise and collaboration. The school remains steadfast in its mission to provide a stimulating learning environment supported by well-trained and reflective educators.
