At the helm of the school is the Director, who provides strategic direction and oversees the overall functioning of the institution. The Director is responsible for maintaining high academic standards, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement. Supporting the Director in this role is the Head Mistress, Heads of Department, Administration and Non-teaching staff.
